How long does the quiz take?
The eight-question quiz takes approximately two minutes. You can take your time and go back to change an answer.
Is the quiz a diagnosis or therapy?
No. The quiz and guides are educational self-help, not a diagnosis, therapy or a substitute for a licensed professional. They cannot establish whether someone has a personality disorder. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
What do the four spectrum levels mean?
The quiz uses four educational labels: Functional, Emotional-Dominant, Reactive-Destructive and Pathological. They organize the quiz’s description of relationship patterns from less disruptive to more controlling. These are this product’s labels, not validated clinical severity categories; even the label “Pathological” is not a diagnosis. A result reflects your reported experience, not a professional assessment of the other person.
What is in the personalized guide versus the free starter guide?
The free starter guide offers an introductory starting point after the quiz. The paid personalized PDF guide provides a more detailed educational plan tailored to your answers, including relationship context and your chosen support focus: protecting your space, navigating conversation or understanding your feelings.
How much does the personalized guide cost?
The personalized PDF guide costs $10 USD as a one-time purchase. The quiz and starter guide are free.
How will I receive my guide?
Your guide is delivered by email with a download link after you submit your email address; the paid guide requires successful payment first. Use an email account you can access safely and check your spam folder if the message is missing.
Can I get a refund?
